Getting Settled

So as some of you might know I have successfully made it to ITALY!! My apartment is AMAZING (pictures to come). we are right in the middle of everything. Although I can say me and Beans are safe and sound for now are trip was anything but a relaxing walk in the park. We started our trip off about an hour and a half late...yeah thats never good especially when your lay over is 2 hours. We managed to get on the plane and I had the pleasure sitting next to 2 of themost entertaining women. One woman was from Iran and the other Germany! Besides the fact that the woman next to me took it upon herself to pick and both my dinner and lunch we all got along well. after much sleep we arrived in Germany 10 hours later to find out that we have exactly 15 minutes till we had to board the next plane. If anyone thinks that the German airport is at all small you are sorely mistaken I think its about a mile between each terminal!! not only were we making it from terminal C to terminal A but we had to get our passports rechecked and run through security again! Beans and I along with about 15 other people ran to the gate after security only to find that our seats had been given up. After that whole situation we went to sit and the gate for which we had standby positions on and low and behold we found one of our dear friends....PAIGE


Long story short didn't make that flight out either but
instead traveled from Frankfurt to Rome and then Rome to Florence arriving at our finall destination only 10 hours behind schedule! WOO made it to the apartment where we we warmly welcomed at roughly 1230 am Monday!... Orientation started the next day at 8.
